Decent place to live. But recently roaches are all around, and lots of birds are living "inside" the building, between the walls or over the ceiling where human cannot reach. There are many "holes" that connect outside and inside of the building. It's horrible to hear birds crying every morning, not from outside but from the ceiling of bathroom. Roach problem is worse - it wasn't that serious for a while but not anymore. One of my neighbor sees one roach a day, in average. Occasionally huge roaches (2 inches) appear, but usually small ones, around 1 and a half inch or so. He's doing all he can, but still they're coming from somewhere. He's sort of "fastidious" person, so obviously not his problem. By the way, I'm living in "B" unit of this complex.
If you're lucky, you can live a unit without these problems, but just be aware that it can happen in this complex. Beside this kind of problem, I think most other things are fine. By the way, there are so many dogs in and around this building, and some of them barks all night long, although not every night. Walls are sort of thick enough, but you can clearly hear next door dog's barking, or from upper/lower floor.
