It is not really that bad From: pedro_neruda Date posted: 10/3/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I just moved here from Spain and i am assuming it depends in which building or which people you live next to (or room with). My roomates are pretty cool and they don't make that much noise except when there is football games on. It comes furnished and if you sign the lease during the summer you will get a discount. The Apartment Maintenance it is a little bit slow but that is because we are a lot of people. My dryer stopped working and they fixed it within 7 days. Parking it's o.k and there are parties but they are not everyday (mostly fridays and saturdays). It is a great place to know people and the office and manageent does not seem to be bad at all. I would certainly live here next year.
