Sounds to me like the problem is the dumb asses that live here.....if you get a minute check out all the other places on the street...also college kids...Melrose...The Village at Riverside. In fact go to other big college towns and view the complexes that are all students. People just need to get a grip. The same people who party are the people that will ----- the one weekend they dont when others are.....the same people that party are the ones who will complain that maintenance is slow...when most damage is caused by patriers that cant control their liqour. The same people who party are the people who will ----- that their laptop was stolen by someone who was probably at their party the weekend before and staked it out. Give management a break...they are there to manage not babysit. As for roommate services.....would you put on your profile that you were an alcoholic that sold pot and has really loud sex then pukes in the dryer'''NO YOU WOULDNT. Its not that easy. A home is what you make of it and people are how you treat them. Go into the office and act like a person not an ------- and you will get respect and responses from management.
