I moved in June of 2004 and have not experienced any of the problems that others reference. They have such cool stuff on property for the residents. I love being able to tan for free and work out any time I'd like. Whenever I have a problem with my apartment, maintenance usually responds the same day. And the office staff is very helpful & knows what they are talking about. The other day I was out at the pool and the office brought me a glass of ice tea. It's little touches like that that make Crossing Place a great place to live!
