I have lived at crossing place for two years now and would renew if I wasnt graduating but if I wasn't this is the place I would live. I pay for my own living and its definitly worth paying for. Everything is included except for electricity. I use to live on west campus, paying outrageous amounts. The bus comes about every ten minutes and I dont have to worry about parking. Plus I went pot luck this past year and they let me talk to my roommates before hand and it ended up being a cool set up. All 4 of us get along and its overall been a great experience.

Actually, if you're going to be staying in Austin for work, I don't see why management wouldn't let you stay. When I lived there we had quite a few people who weren't students living at CP.
