Waste of money!, honestly!

Current renter and regret! Prices are pretty high compared to other student apartment complexes. Staff is rude, and never returns your calls unless your a prospective renter. Maintanance never gets to your request unless you've called over 3 times. Even if you clean your apartment before you move out, they still charge you for a cleaning fee. Too many THEFTS. Cars broken into almost every weekend. People have a lot of dogs and it smells really bad anywhere you go and you have to watch your step! VERY noisy! If you don't like your roommates, you have to pay $100 to move to a different unit within the complex if there's space. Parking is rare at night. There is no lighting in the living room, you have to have your own. Overall just a really bad place to live at. Save yourself the money, time and hassle to live here.
