I have lived here for two months over summer break and I think it's allright as far as student apartments go. I have had trouble with internet not working and stuff and we had loud neighbors below us. In fact they were so loud, their system shook the water on our table (upstairs) but hey it's a student place. Management appears to be ok to me, I haven't really encountered that much trouble from them and maintanence has been okay timewise. Some other cons I found are that even living in front of the complex, my car has been a victim to dried eggs and an avocado....but again student apartment, not really crossing place's problem but they could have helped more. One other con is that while my roomates moved out, people were cleaning up my apartment and messing with it like turning up my air conditioning a lot when I had turned it off (left for a week before my new roomates moved in) and stuff (electricity bill) so that kinda pissed me off. My roomates were party people and I wasn't one so the roomating matching service isn't something I would really recommend. Other than that I am enjoying the amenities and the place looks good so if you can deal with small stuff, it's a livable place. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
