I moved in and the wait was a little long but it was well worth it. There was two minor maintaince issues and they fixed it immediatly. The office is helpful and already know my name. The pool is full of hot chicks and they already have parties coming up for the residents. The furniture is the actual furniture too...I lived at Campus Estates and their furniture then what they had in the model.
