Pros: "Free" cable, internet, UT shuttle (if you get to get on when it's not full).
Cons:This place is just bad. I've personally seen the maintenance guy picking up trash then throwing it on the ground again to keep himself busy. Don't believe me', check out the guy walking around with the bucket. Nothing ever gets fixed unless you go into the office. Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing otherwise, you'll get screwed over! The staff is really rude unless you're in the office and there's someone there interested in renting. No one knows what's going on, and it's no wonder they went BANKRUPT! Place has gone down, they allow anyone in there. There was even someone who got stabbed by another resident out on the volleyball court and someone supposedly shot off a riffle that same night. The incident happened towards the end of the summer.
My roommates and I ordered pizza and when the delivery guy was at our place, his car got vandalized by some people that had just left the party upstairs. He had to come back up to our place to call the police b/c he was afraid of them doing something to him.
Do you really want to live here' If so, GOOD LUCK, you're going to need it. If your friends are considering it, tell them to look elsewhere. There are better places out there.
