Management sucks. Tell me one thing- do another. If you sign- that's it. Subleasing'll cost you (apparently- which they didn't tell me originally). Bugs. EVERYWHERE. No roaches. Just black widows. You know, the safe bugs. Room never cleaned before move in - a/c barely works in this room. Do yourself a favor and pay a little bit more for a different place. Parking isn't bad but you might get a beer can thrown at you while you walk to your car.
