Good points:
1. Cheap
2. Furniture included
3. Free cable
4. On UT bus line
5. Pool/tanning beds

Bad points:
1. If you live in the back, the pools are a hike to get to and usually crowded with a slew of drunk people and when I went the tanning beds weren't even working.
2. May be on the UT bus line, but it's quite a walk to get to it and even then you're lucky to catch a bus at prime hours. Once had to wait for 4 buses (because some people like to jump in front of you even though they just got there.)
3. A lot of these people are here not to go to school but mostly just to party.
4. Forget trying to sublease- biggest hassle EVER and got pretty screwed in the whole ordeal.
5. Like most apartments, paper thin walls. But ceiling was like tissue paper.
6. Before I moved here I had heard rumors of the Riverside area being "unsafe" and thought it just a myth- yea- not so. Every time I drive over there now (I've moved) there is a car accident, a forensics team, or a drug bust. And I've heard gun shots while I was walking to my car one night.

If you can afford it, do yourself a favor and just live closer to campus. There's a reason these places are so cheap.

you are stupid o what is all students and they make it worst is no the area is the stupid students do not know how ral life is,tell me wich area is secure this days, you think living close to campus is the solutions to you all problems?,be realistic living close to campus is not going to fix anthing but same experience. to me all this peapole is fuul of crap on there coments.
