it's fun to read these reviews since i was the first tenant to lease in the apartments after they were built. i lived in apt. 142-somethin' or other. anyway, if you have lived in the apt, you'll see a big burned spot on the carpet. i did that. haha...sorry.
anyway, where to start... the furniture was super-cheapo, i heard the neighbors above me ------- every night, and every weekend the lights in the halls got busted. i came to find later that my best friend's roommate (lived in another building in CP) had actually become an alcoholic and went and smashed those lights every weekend. that explained it.
it was an okay first apartment. the speed bumps were annoying, i hate being around crazy-dumpy college kids (lot of em there), and it was always loud as hell and the parking was a nightmare on the weekends. i think i even made out with a girl one night in her car and we hadn't been in the car for 30 minutes and when we got out there were like 5 empty beer cans on the car. so yeah, there was a lot of partying there...
i paid something like 515 with all bills included when we went, and it was furnished. what's the rent like these days' i didn't really care to write a review, i was just bored and thought i'd make fun of the carpet burn. when our apartment was inspected upon leave (this was like the worst system ever) i simply stood on the burn the whole time and they never asked me to move. we got all of our deposit back, haha.

This is the caind of peapole who make this place bad,and also how stupid they make their coments,I fell so glad this stupid person going out all ready and give the space to smart persons to make this place beter. I think is one of meany persons bean living whit out paing rent and kick their big ass out. jajajajajaja and after all traing another ones vilved their stupid clown stories. jajajajaja |
