Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I have lived there for 2 years, and at first the management was okay, but after the management switch everything went DOWNHILL!! There is a high level of miscommunication among the office staff and maintenence. They misplaced my rent check, failed to revise my lease, asked maintence 6 different times to get the same A.C. problem fixed and took 2 months to fix my drier when it took only, literally, 2 minutes to fix.
You pay way too much for all the inconvenience! There are other places on riverside...i promise!!
