I lived there for 1 yr and to say the truth it wasn't very bad at first. I did have some trouble adjusting to the sound of the loud neighbors, but most of the time it was pretty decent. I never had problems with management and everything was usually fixed within 2-3 days, less if it was more urgent. But in the last 2 months there was an incident where police had to patrol the area b/c some people, that weren't from that apt complex, were going around and shooting cars with bb guns. My car got hit twice. Needless to say it cost a lot to fix since it was new and to this day I still have a bb stuck in one of the tail lights. But before then I never really had a problem. Since then they puta police office on the inside apartments and changed all the codes. I would only recomend it if you didn't have a car and if you didn't mind some noice on the weekends.

THE ON SITE POLICE DON'T LIVE THERE, ITS JUST A PHONE THAT THEY NEVER ANSWER!! DON'T BELEIVE THEM WHEN THEY TELL YOU THAT POLICE HAVE AN APT HERE. ITS A LIE!
