Kris kelley is the worst manager ever. Don't sign a lease there. There are far better apartments if you search more, especially in west campus, like the quarters. Don't expect the managers to do anything, they are the laziest people I've dealt with and they don't care what complaints you have. Management is a serious problem so don't live there unless you have no complaints, which is highly unlikely.

Hmmm...sounds like someone is a whiney baby who didnt get what they wanted from the manager.....go somewhere else and see what kind of service you get elsewhere. Maybe that manager will cry with you.

^^ Response to Longyhorn ^^ They didn't get what they wanted/needed from management along with 100 other residents, and that is only counting those past residents that have reviewed this complex on THIS site. Maybe it is because their management team has absolutely no clue how to run an apartment complex and is definitely out of the loop when it comes to customer service!
