After reading all of the negative comments about Crossing Place, I decided that people should know the brighter side of Crossing Place. I have lived at Crossing Place for a year now and I renewed my lease here as well. I have never had a problem with Crossing Place. When I have had a work order, it has been done in a timely fashion. And although people have bad things to say about the staff, i have had nothing but pleasant experiences with the staff. The community assistants are always courteous and welcoming. They are great. And Jerell, one of the managers is one of the hardest workers I have come across. She has returned my phone calls and responded to my emails in a timely manner. She has made sure that I have been taken care of. Whatever people say that we lack, she picks up.
Crossing Place isn't as bad as people are making it out to be. I think that you should be your own judge.

"Whatever people say that WE lack...." obviously you are more than just a tenant there. I don't think prospective residents should get an opinion of Crossing Place from someone that works there. All of us past residents know better than any that the only thing their management team is good for is luring you in, making you believe its a great place, and once you're a tenant forget about your voice being heard because your voice is merely as loud as an ant in a crowded room from that point on. They are as believeable as a political candidate on election year- every word out of their mouth is a lie, the only truth found is in their actions.

YEA RIGHT, WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE?? YOU MUST WORK FOR THEM! I HATED JERELL, GLAD SHE'S GONE!!! I THINK JERELL WROTE THIS LOL, GIRL GET A LIFE AND STOP LYING!
