I have only been here a week, and there have been problems. First of all, being the AC not working in my roomate's room, and then in the whole apartment. A huge NO-NO in texas heat. A dozen calls later, we have yet to see anything get done. They repeatedly say they have called maintenance to come, but we have yet to see anyone.

I point blank got told I would be responsible for all damages in the apartment (even ones I didn't cause) because I tried to turn in my condition form one day late (I had a reason). I absolutely WILL NOT let them gouge money out of me and will bring up something as insignificant as a carpet stain to the main management company because it's not right.

There aren't very many sidewalks, and a poorly lighted entryway bordered by bushes and trees. Doesn't feel safe when walking alone at night, especially with all the car traffic (ONLY way into the complex) AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

Wow longhorngrl, its so not obvious that you work at Crossing Place! How very professional of you, I must say. LOL Anyways, I experienced something very similar to this...so I definitely understand where you are coming from and can verify that management does in fact pull crap like this on a regular basis!
