If you like to listen to really loud music, hang out with annoying drunk people, be talked down to by apartment "managers", dryers that catch on fire, live in a furnished apartments without chairs, beds, couches, A/C, etc. then this is the place for you. If that's not enough, they'll also break into your car at no extra charge!
While you might be looking to live in the stereotypical college student housing, you'll soon regret it. Any positive comments on this board came from the apartment management themselves, or the drunk guys that break into you car.

LMAO...this is definitely Crossing Place, I mean University Village, or ummm University Commons- WHATEVER the hell their name is now! They've had so many names, it's all too hard to keep track..haha! Seriously, those that have actually had a good experience here, be thankful because it is most definitely a rarity. I agree, the people that wrote the positive reviews either work for the complex or perhaps had close friends for roommates that blinded the fact it is a horrible complex..who knows, all I know is that it is uncommon.
Even though it is under new management it makes no difference to its quality; the year I lived there, it had just been taken over by new management that promised the world of difference just as they are doing again now, yet I never saw a lick of change at any point during my stay!
If I overlooked...the psycho room mate that almost killed my cat and tried to cover it up, or the room mate that did crack in my living room, or the one that broke into my room, the constant 6 am wake up calls of gardeners and maintenence repairs banging on the building/or directly outside your window, the recurring back up of 10-15 cars at the gate because it decided not to work, the weekly car damage from beer bottles thrown over ledges, maintenance/or whatever crew coming in and taking things and claiming they didn't, broken furniture and other items that will never be fixed no matter how many times you call, tongue-lashing and rude management team, unreliable internet connection...than yea this place was great!!!
