You will regret the day you ever sign a lease here! In the 1 1/2 years I lived here, I lived in 5 different apartments! The first one was INFESTED with fleas, I had over a hundred bites all over my body in the 12 hours I stayed there. You want to know how they treated this little mishap, they put me in their "executive apts" (where they hang out/hold meetings)..haha aka ROACH MOTEL! When I walked in there, there was broken furniture everywhere, dried up food on the matress, and roaches in & on the dresser! It was a nightmare! Oh and their roommate placement system is a crock of sh** too; out of all 7 roommates I went through, only ONE was normal! In addition, they are supposed to give you about 2 weeks notice before a new room mate is going to move in and are supposed to arrange a meeting to see if it would be a good match..HA!!! We were given less than 48 hrs and also when we met her we knew at that moment it wasn't going to work, I called the complex to let them know the second she left and they literally told me, "There's nothing we can do, sorry for your bad luck!" Let me just give you the short end of how this turned out...coming back from out of town I came home to: cat poo smeared in the carpet, cigarette burns in the couch, broken table, and an apt that smelled like moldy a**! I called the apt and told me about the damage and moved out within a wk. Oh and did I mention, the complex actually tried to bill ME for the damage!!! Yea...sounds like a paradise huh' I need to stop here because if I told you EVERYTHING that happened this is going to be about 2 pgs. Hope this answered any lingering questions about this complex...they can change their name as many times as they want, but its still the same old crap hole!

Sounds all so familiar to my experience when I lived there. Any problem I had with my apartment, the managers would turn it around on me claiming it was somehow my fault, and it normally took atleast 4 calls & a week or more to get maintenance to come out. We went through 5 roommates in the 2 semesters we was there and we are generally pretty normal and easy to get along with- have a lot of friends, party/drink on the weekends, clean up our messes, quiet/study during class days...but somehow they'd stick us with people the complete opposite from us or someone that would be considered the worse roommate in anyone's eyes. If I wasn't living with my best friend, I have no idea how I would have survived the year I was there!

As a parent of a resident at this complex, I can verify it's all true. I witnessed every last mishap and mishandling of the repairs and roommate problems. Of course, you do expect some inconveniences and noise due to the type of complex it is, but you can't explain away the management and maintenance problems. We were ready for the noise and possibly some parking issues, but not the extent of problems that were happening here. These places are NOTORIOUS for changing management every few years and then blaming all the problems on the former owner/management company. If you've had a good experience here, good for you, because you're definitely NOT in the majority!

Management and the people in the office changes just about every month. You can never keep up with who works in the office!
