I am a current resident and I hate living here so much! The new management sucks and doesn't do anything, yet they claim they are always busy. They are too busy with renovatins to care about your problems!

The new managment Priess that took over is even worse than the previous management. The old management was incompetent, but these new guys are just as dumb and overcharge you.


STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE TAKING COLLEGE STUDENTS FOR ALL THEY ARE WORTH! Find somewhere else to live, I am trying to get out of my lease now but I don't think I will be able to without them charging me a ridiculous amount. I hate my neighbors, they play music at all hours of the night and have druken parties at least twice a week. Management doesn't care so don't even waste your time calling them.

DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PRETTY PICTURES! This place is the pretty face of the GHETTO! You live right next door to section 8 housing, welcome! Those people like to walk right over and walk through the grounds here looking for someone to rob! A strip of dried up bushes is your only protection, Good Luck. The security officer is non-existent. Don't call management, call 911!

I find it hilarious that this person says that the new owners are "dumb". "Dumb" implies incompetence. I googled this particular company, and it seems that they are anything but incompetent! They bring a real-estate portfolio of more than $150 Million to Austin! Doesn???t sound like they are too dumb! It sounds like this company is extremely smart, and that they are doing something right! As a person who has been in the property management business for a number of years...I know that a vast majority of problems come about with residents not understanding their lease contract. In your case, you are probably the "incompetent" party. Ignorance of a contract is no excuse. When you looked at the property you saw the supposed "section 8" next door...if you didn't like it...maybe you should have looked elsewhere! It sounds like you are a disgruntled tenant, and all you want to do is gripe. Maybe, you should consider the fact that this company didn't twist your arm to move to the "GHETTO". You moved there of your own free will...so either this particular property did a heck of a job hiding the fact that it was the "GHETTO", or you were just to dense to realize it. Grow up!

This place is actually the GHETTO! You probably like it so much since you have stock in the company or Ghetto yourself. Since you like the company so much make sure the other 50 negative reviews for this place is corrected! If it weren't true a bunch of people would not have written pretty much the exact same thing. Break-ins occur frequently and section 8 is right next door, do not be fooled by the office staff that make false claims on here. This guy is Anonymous because he is probably office staff trying to make this place seem better. DONT BE FOOLED! Make your own judgement and look closely around. During the day the area doesn't look as ghetto, just walk around a bit and the filthy people will come out!!! Stay away from riverside in general.
