all these people writing reviews don't know what they're talking about. this is going to be my third year at crossing place and i have never had one problem nor have any other of my friends in the complex have any problems. the rates are good since i still have a 369 rate from 3 years ago but my new roommates are paying 400 for a 4-4 since they wanted covered parking. the one complaint is the maintenance crew who takes a long time to do something unless you go up to one personally and ask them. the environment is just what you would expect for being in college. there are parties, kegs, and music and whoever complains about that shouldn't even be looking for an apartment and stay in the dorms until they graduate. i think this is the best apartment complex on riverside so you should try it out for yourself.

yea right! dont buy this crap. you will regret it. drunk kids everywhere, not all college student want to live on campus, or live with drunkies! You pay $400 for one room, total rent cost of the apartment is $1600. The only good thing is individual leases. Oh and Manintence steals, hide your stuff b/c they come in when your not home!
