Daughter moved in June '06 as a sub lease. Before she finnaly moved to a 4 room apartment with friends in Aug '06, she experienced a theft of her property in her room in the 1st month there. (One of the selling points of the complex was their security) After moving in Aug, one roommate experienced an intruder in their apartment, which she scared away. One of their so-called security features we were told is the monthly changing of the gate code, from June to Dec '06 this had not happened. All the pizza delivery people know the code. After the above mentioned problems, managment allowed us to break my daughter's lease & said if there were any problems, they would contact us the following week, (they never called). Now 8 months later they're trying to collect on "past due" monies. I have repeatedly called these people asking to talk to the manager, yet the manager REFUSES to return my calls. Obviously they've lied to us about their security. They've lied to us about cancelling the lease. They've lied to us about returning phone calls. Don't trust these people if you value your property or your life.

those people are devils and liars all they care about is money! i hate this place! i was robbed to they did absolutely nothng about security or change the gate codes. codes are still the same everyone knows it!
