Not horrible, but not good, either

The management just changed and they're trying to renovate everything and make it seem nice. The apartments are really big (a 4/4 apt is 1400 sq feet), probably the biggest I've found for a reasonable price. The issues I've had are: 1. the management is pretty bitchy, but it's a bunch of students working for free rent, so... 2. it's hard to get things done in your apartment (it takes a long time for anyone to come fix things) 3. The gate is constantly broken and the walking gate codes don't work. 4. They try to charge you for things (like electricity overages) that you shouldn't be charged for. I had to call the property owners in NC and get it figured out. Other than that, things aren't too bad. It's cheap, all bills paid (except electricity), and it's big. The Crossing Place bus comes every 15 minutes and is reliable. If you're a student, this place is a pretty good deal.
