Worst living experience ever.

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
My roommates and I moved into this place and thought we were really getting a good deal. The staff told us all about the great new appliances and other perks, and we were willing to pay a little extra to have the benefits.
Do -not- let them sell you the upgrades, it's not worth $30 a month, the "new" appliances are the old appliances with a stainless steel finish and your washing machine and dryer are still pieces of crap that break constantly. When appliances do break, good luck on getting maitenance out there in a timely fashion. We had a garbage disposal break and it took them literally a week to come fix it.
When we moved in as well, the apartment was not cleaned, the fan in my room was broken, and the blinds were ripped to shreds. Three days later they finally sent someone to clean but we had already done most of the work ourselves. Also the entire year there we never got working mailbox keys, and everytime we went up front to get them to open our mail, we were given nothing but grief. Finally, we had a sugar ant problem the entire year, and even though we constantly complained, they never sent anyone out to take care of the problem.
Yes it's cheap, yes they look nice, but trust me, they aren't.
