Very unsanitary conditions on the grounds. (Stray cats allowed to roam at will, using landscaping for a litter box, etc.)
Manager a horror--he was working for a local real estate agency when he had a nervous breakdown, and he was moved to this apartment complex. Was constantly accusing our son of various mayhem, even called CPS on us accusing us of leaving our 3 year old at home alone--only our youngest child was 6 and in school all day!
Also accused us of $1000 worth of damage to the apartment when we moved out. Like idiots, we paid it! I wish I had that to do over.
Avoid this complex like the plaque!!!

In response, I am the Realtor - Property Manager that handles the complex. Yes, we did call CPS, however, it was because of poor living conditions: massive amounts of dog feces and wet garbage strewn about the interior. Maintenance refused to work on the unit and CPS gave these folks one week to clean up or face some real problems. They cleaned up the unit. The son never committed any "mayhem" on the property although residents did make a few complaints about his behavior. There were legitimate damages and they were promptly paid. Personally, I do not recall ever having a "nervous breakdown!" I am a degreed professional with numerous designations and have been an instructor for the Austin Police Department's Landlord Training Program since 1994.
