This apartment community is well maintained and is in a good area.....but thats about all that its got going for it. First of all, Privacy is something thst you will lose if you move in. The onsite manager is always prying into everyones personal affairs and then discussing them with everyone he comes into contact with. Second, Drug dealing and abuse is also ignored by the management even when there are several complaints by other tenants. Third, you and the managment are not the only ones with keys to your apartment. Many friends(maintenance) are all furnished with master keys.
Its just an all around unsafe place to live. Not to mention it always smells like cat feces. Avoid like the plague.

I am the Realtor - Property Manager. Generally speaking, unless a resident has business with me, they do not hear from me. We did set the property to a new restricted master system last year as a standard safety precaution. "Many friends" are not issued master keys. We have had two instances of drug dealers on the property. We worked with APD narcotics resulting in one successful conviction and later, we evicted the other party when narcotics was not able to make a sufficient case. Unfortunately, we cannot just waive a wand and make these folks go away without verifiable cause. Also, it is not unusual for a resident to make an accusation about another resident when there is a personal conflict between the two, especially with the hope that management will make the offending party go away. As for "abuse," I have no idea what this describes.
