Hold your nose when you go look at these apartments. lived here for several years and just couldnt take the smell of cat crap anymore. The Manager lives in it and seems to like it. So I doubt it will change.

I am the Realtor - Property Manager. Well, I personally do not care for feces, much less live in it, regardless of the source. Now then in all fairness, as I do not know who you are, there was a resident who had lived here for almost 16 years and it did smell of cat feces from time-to-time in front of his unit. We would ask him to clean it up as it was behind the bushes - and he would. However, for a variety of reasons, he moved away and that problem was resolved. There are only three buildings here and the building that he lived in was the only one that ever reported a feces odor. Then again, that is also the only building that ever had a small dog population over time.
