I have lived here since Aug. 2006. This place is relatively quiet for apartment standards. Most residents are friendly, blue collar workers, like myself. Its conveniently located close to H.E.B., and a 15-20 min. comute to downtown. Not many amenities, as this is an older complex. But...free cable, 3 picnic areas, and cheaper rent satisfy my needs. There are cats that rome around, but they are very clean and don`t bother most. The manager is well educated, friendly, and keeps the grounds clean. Maintenance repairs are done promptly as the complex handyman lives on site.
