Fine place From: lbast Date posted: 7/6/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   Nice, professional apartment complex - not too fancy, just very pleasant. Relatively small (40 units) means you don't feel like a number. It doesn't have a pool, but that didn't bother us much. Great location -- really close to good cheap restaurants, the Yarborough library, bus line, and Mopac. Kay manages the property well, and quickly responds to any problems (there are very few).
