I am very happy with my experience at Ventana.
I have more than enough space for myself and rarely have to worry about calling for maintenance help since the complex was recently built in 2001.
The vines, statues, and green space give it a nice ambience.
I am, however, disappointed with the minimal help I can count on to receive from the staff and the oftentimes curt attitude.
The rent is a bit high, but you are guaranteed a quality apartment.
The parking is convenient enough, but the lines for visitor parking are drawn such that some spots are quite large and others can barely fit a compact car.
It would be nice to have one of the units, above the leasing office, converted to a reservable room for parties and get togethers.

I have heard that they are going to turn these into condos....and, you must now sign a waiver that they can break your lease after 6 months.
