I've lived here for over 10 months and I do not wish to renew my lease- even if the rent is cheap. The rent is cheap because it's a cheap place to live in. You might as well live in the ghetto of South Austin. I warn others not to live here. Reasons: 1. Even after frequent extermination-I do not want to live with spiders, scorpions or silverfish crawling in my bedroom or bed. 2. Even with the scenic wooded areas- the neighbors with dogs never clean up after them and have their crap coming in your home. 3. YOU HEAR EVERYTHING- you don't want to hear your neighbor in the middle of the night moaning and groaning. 4. When it rains- you dont want to be rained on in YOUR MASTER BEDROOM. Yup, you read right. Everytime it rains, water comes in through the a/c vents and then you have the obligation of putting buckets to hold the water. 5. Maintance in crap- they dont' do their job. I've complained several times about the noise and insulation and the rain coming through the vents and they do ----. DO NOT LIVE HERE. They dont' have biking trails or hiking areas. They don't have much of a fitness center- only 2 treadmills and freeweights. The pools are small. There is nothing to look forward to these apartments. DO NOT LIVE HERE! DO NOT LIVE HERE! You will regret living here- i promise.

Didn't you look at the pools and fitness center before you leased? instead you leased so you could moan about it later. Are you not awaare you hear neighbors when you live in an apartment?
