Many of the comments and posting here have been erased but just to recap if you are thinking of renting here Think twice!! Come visit and TRY to speak to the staff They do not communicate. AT FIRST they had temps here and their answers were "you dont need to know my name I dont work here permanently" and " I dont know I am not employed by Sherman" Well now that we have given them a chance......... they do not speak to the residents at all they snubbed many of us and answer abruptly about the Spraddle Creek changeover. Recently they had events and the staff huddled together at one event and did not communicate and at the breakfast there was no staff there. Well if you can find a good deal out there post it but until then enjoy the view of the ranch that is all we have left.

yes this posting is so true looks like the date is supposed to be may 05 but truly take adviced that ventana oaks is awful and they are not friendly and they are rude and will not help you seems as though they couldnt care less about the tenants figuring there will be more that will come through eventually They have parties to meet the staff and only one staff shows up
