We had lived at Spraddle from 2002-2003 on a 13 month lease. Everything from the start of the lease to the end was a pleasure. We met with Meredith when we signed up and it was the best leasing experience that we've had. Everytime we went to the office it was like we were talking to friends. Meredith and Greg were wonderful. Our apartment was spacious and clean. My neighbors were all very nice. The parking was alright. Every now & then I had to park about 50yrds away, but it really was never a problem. The two pools were always clean and safe. We BBQ'd about 4 times a month and met many people, who were all very nice. The maintenance folks were quick to respond and took care of everything perfectly.

Out of all the apartments that I've rented in Austin, Spraddle Creek will be remembered as my favorite. Thanks to all of the people that took care of us.
