The office is always having get togethers and there are free rent prizes.The staff has all been very friendly both on the clock and off.They are always happy to send maintenance if you need them.(extermination and a/c filter is all I ever needed)The rent is alittle steep from what I was used to paying but the apartment is very nice.The neighbors arent very friendly around here so if your looking for friends this is not the place.If you just want a nice place then I would recommend Spraddle Creek.i have lived here 1 1/2 years and am happy I found this place.Hopefully one day I will win the free rent :)
