The staff listens to problems presented by tenants, but doesn't often act on them. That's too bad. The location is generally very pleasant, despite highway construction nearby. The apartments themselves are attractive. The downside is the staff's reluctance or inability to address the bahvior of tenants who won't behave according to the stipulations of their leases. You'll note the low rating on safety. This has to do with dogs free roaming, that is, without leashes, on the property. Also, commercial vehicles, noisy ones, are allowed to park on the property. FedEX delivery trucks, Peterbilt trucks, etc. Noisy and obtrusive. It's not the apartments themselves, but the diligence of the staff that makes this a less than glowing review.
