New management needs to learn some manners. First, we left several messages on the "new answering machine" about a question on rent. When no call was returned, we went to the office just to stand around and watch the people in the office talk. To tell you the truth, I couldn't even tell who worked there and who didn't since no one seemed to care I was standing at the front. Needless to say, our calls were never returned and it took them over 2 WEEKS to cash rent checks. Yes...2 weeks!!

I know it's new management and there is some transition, but come on...at least tell your residents that you're going to hold their checks for over 2 weeks. That's crazy.

I've lived here 2 years and now can't wait to leave. I left my old apt's due to rude employees...hope it changes soon, but I have't seen any effort yet.

Still going to leave some good feedback, but I bet that changes fast over the next few months...
I can only imagine how fast this place will turn from being a nice community to a place where you don't even want to walk around at night.

Same Same Same Couldnt imagine what happened to the rent check Paying it early and not clearing the bank till May 13th The staff is rude and they need TRAINING at least learn about our property

They also need training in MANNERS, PROFESSIONALISM, SPELLING, GRAMMAR...Oh, and they had better brush up on Texas tenants rights! They seem to think they can pick and choose which ones they abide by!

obviously you have never had a mortgage. It takes my mortgage company 3-4 weeks before my check clears. Of course, I know it isn't a big deal. I count the money as spent, but then I don't live paycheck to paycheck. Get a life guys

having a mortgage has nothing to do with it. I have a mortgage(rental) and pay rent. It took my rental check 1 month to clear my account and I don't live paycheck to paycheck. It takes my mortgage company 5 days from the time I mail it to clear the bank. I am totally agreeing they are picking and chooseing their own situation. The office had the never to call me about my dog barking. What do you want her to do watch the strangers go by and get closer and closer to her without barking. But again and again I can sit outside and watch the numerous of people not picking up their dogs waste. I would rather have a barking dog then stepping in dog ----. I see I will be breaking the lease shortly and getting the ---- out. Hell it took them 2 months to add my name into the apt directory, hell and they had 1 week before I moved in.
