It's such a shame. This was a wonderful place to live and most of the tenants were nestled down to stay. In a flash it all changed. This new management company, that owns the place now, doesn't seem to know much about customer service or customer relations. From what I've read about their other properties - I'm not surprised. The "talk to the hand" attitude of the leasing agents and up really needs to be addressed. Parties to show how much they care aren't convincing when the employees are huddled together rather than trying to socialize. I haven't had any major problems with maintenance yet but there seem to be some concerns in the community about the maintenance staff not letting us know when they've been in our apartments - this could be bad news when it comes to tenant's personal belongings.
