When the new management company moved in, the fired ALL of the old staff. Not that it was too surprising, but still... they have made promises to renters and not followed through and the latest crap storm... this last week they were "improving"the complex by repainting the parking lot. So they put out a letter saying they are "improving the complex" for our benefit and that if we dont move our cars they will tow us and charge us $45. Nice huh' So, I figure I will obey and moved my vehicle. Well turns out, I moved into an area that they were repainting the next morning, so they tow me and are charging me $45!!! So I called the office and complained and they said "Oh Well." Never mind that I was just trying to do what they said... so I get towed and charged.

THis complex is a pretty complex, nestled in, and out of the way. But this new management company... forget it. I will move as soon as my lease is up. Its a shame, I had thought I had found a place to live for at least years. I hate this place now.

you too?? we had that done to us and they didnt even pave that day moved it and were in the wrong place at the wrong time sucks to be here

and you know i can deal with the crappy front office people, and the lazy maint. people.... but what i am MOST curious about is whether they plan on jacking up rent when the lease is up!??!?!?! that is the ONLY thing i care about. and how am i going to know until its too late?!?!?!
