Our apartment is overcome with bugs and we can't get anyone to call us back or send anyone out to spray. Also, trash went from twice weekly (with Spraddle Creek) to once weekly. They only pick up the dumpster, so all the overflow gets left behind where animals get all in it and leaves trash all over the complex. Looks trashy. Not friendly staff. Recommended a friend to come look, but was treatly very rudely by the staff and left before seeing a unit.

Please go back to under the rock from which this company came. HORRIBLE!!!!!
