I wish I could have at least said Thank you to the wonderful staff of Spraddle Creek. Not only is this staff of Ventana Choaks the worst but they have NO Manners!! We have been here for a three years and if you keep saying there is no place like home it still doesnt work. The hot tub (I reported it in the beginning of Aug. has not been taken care of, the pool is more of a sespool (WE miss Teddy) Thought it was me until another neighbor mentioned it, the people here are not who I want to live with. The paint job is hidious, what will be next. If you are looking for an apartment that is peaceful and a nice place to live it is not here anymore. It is sad but a reality. There are some great deals on new homes and that is where we are headed. Rent has gone up and they are now charing extra for your pet.
