Management switched shortly after we moved in and it steadily when downhill ever since. The threatening to tow every couple of weeks gets annoying. I'm tired of the kids hanging out in the stairwells. Our neighbors have had a bunch of stuff sitting out their apartments for several days and the staff said they would get on it and do something and never have. Our grill was swiped, but probably our fault because it was sitting outside for several weeks. The quality of life seems to have gone downhill but the big question is how much will our rent go up if we do decide to stay. We're on the 3rd floor and don't really want to move because it is such a hassle but we don't want to be miserable in a crappy complex either.

And their patheric attempts at get togethers do not seem to be enticing enough for anyone to stay....lots of people have been moving out.
