I think you guys need to get a life. Not everything in life is perfert. I have seen nothing but improvements since the new management took over. The office and maintenace staff is great. I have seen so many people go into the office with attitude and expect to get treated like royalty and complain about the dumbest things and the office staff is always professional even when people like you curse at them. If it was me I would throw you out on your butts! I am relly pleased with the property and love the improvements. Ventana Oaks keep up the good work

I'm not sure what perfert means exactly, but you are seriously demented if you think the new management treats the residents well! Maybe you are the exception or an employee.
