This place seems to trample through your apartment every month for some stupid 'inspection',,inspections that never end. I have had them come into my apartment once WITHOUT NOTIFICATION to spray for bugs. They did the whole building and never notified the people there. I have an expensive pet that could have been harmed. Plus they seem to love themselves some SPEED BUMPS here,,,I hope they add another DOZEN between my apt. and the entrance. The staff are always clueless, and my friend got ripped royally for bogus 'cleaning' charges after he got fed up and left. We cleaned his apt. for 2days,,,,no dust,,,but they claim the place was filthy. Lies. Spraddle creek rocked,,,very nice,,intelligent people, who would warn you before trampling through you apartment.
