I read through these complaints and was shocked! There are complaints about IMPROVEMENTS to the property. Example: painted the railings. Why wouldn't you want a glossy fresh coat of paint' Before that it was a dull, peeling green and rust was coming through. There were complaints about people speeding, so the added speed bumps. There were complaints about pot holes, so the repaved. The basketball court was crack-they resurfaced it. The hot tubs weren't hot-the installed new heaters and pumps. The pool was dirty-the installed new sand filters (not to mention there are TREES over the pool. C'mon people...leaves do fall). There are many pets so they built a "doggy den". Residents did not know eachother so they began having functions: pizza parties, margarita machines, DJs, massage therepists, dance contests with prizes (DVD players, stereo, gift cards, etc). I heard they may be adding pool tables in the office. They hired a free personal trainer. Lawn work is absolutley incredible!

You complain about the staff, and everything else. The staff is friendly and helpful when someone isn't yelling at them. And of course, everyone loved the previous management. Why is this' The broke rules. Didn't charge late fees. Didn't bother to make any improvements. And THIS is the reason they were all let go. The company sold it because they were going bankrupt for letting people slide on not paying late fees or deposits. This is revenue needed to make improvements. Believe me, if the previous staff were sooooo great and doing thier job...then why are they no longer here' Rarely does someone write something positive which is why I'm doing this. I know for a fact that many of these negative statements are stemming from one resident that complained about e v e r y thing. Her and her dog will be out shortyly and she will stop the rumors and gossip at the pet park. And the rest of the bad things are coming from ex employees who are sour about being let go.

Ventana Oaks is a beautiful property and they continue to make improvements. The leasing staff are always friendly and helpful. The property manager is always willing to take time to listen to concerns. And changes that have been made were neccesary. Great views, reasonable rent, private. The apartments themselves are spacious and clean. Excellent grounds. It's great seeing deer outside my window. There are 8 apartment locators (including myself) that live here. They see every property in town and chose Ventana Oaks. Need I say more' SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

I hate living here because, over the four years we have been here, the "neighborhood" of renters has begun to decline in "quality." Spraddle Creek had quiet hours, and even at full capacity, the property was quiet around 10pm to 6am. Now, all we hear are the car with their loud stereos booming and the drunks yelling in the parking lot. As for the pets, yeah, there are more pets... more HUGE DOGS... whatever happened to the 25 pound limit on dogs? GONE, that's what! I am not one of those complaining about the so-called improvements, I'm complaining about the quality of life within the complex deteriorating.
