We've lived here since it was Spraddle Creek. Spraddle Creek was good. Ventana Oaks is terrible.

The new staff are completely incompetent. No matter what you may need, it's an inconvenience for them and they let you know by doing it as slowly and half-heartedly as possibly. And that's when they're not being outright rude.

As others have said, the quality of renter here has fallen through the floor. There are now groups of thuggish teenagers who run around at all hours (a screaming fistfight in the parking lot outside of our apartment woke us up at 3am a couple of weeks ago).

It's true that when the new management took over they made several 'improvements' to the property. The funny thing was that none of the things that they improved were problems. And each round of 'improvement' was a drawn out, mis-managed inconvenience to the tenants. Some, like the pressure washing of the stairs (perhaps the only maintenance that was really needed) never came! So, our hallways and stairs remained filthy while they were out towing tenant's cars so that they could slap a new and unnecessary coat of tar on the parking lot.

The staff here is rude and are inadequate in nearly every respect.Read the other reviews. I have and can confirm that they are all true.
