I've lived here for over 2 years and have seen both Spraddle Creek staff and Ventana Oaks staff. To me, they are both the same. The property is nice, parking is ample and when I have interacted with the office, they were more than accommodating. Apts are Apts. I know all of my neighbors and we are a small community that looks after each other. Good Times.
