I Think Ventana Oaks is a great community. I am very happy with the overall service. the staff is prompt when i need anything and very courteous. I've never been more satisfied in an apartment home. I have very high standards and only like the best, and i suggest Ventana Oaks to anyone wanting a wonderful place to live.

An employee probably wrote this as this complex and mgt is nowhere near the rating this person gave!!! They have improved a little-enough to bring the rating to "substandard" at best.
