I moved in about 2 years ago when the old management was here. Now that the new management has taken over it is horrible and has never looked any worse. I am not one to make complaints to the staff, but when I had a problem with a maintenance request it was not fulfilled until a week later.

When I renewed my lease after a year when they had just taken over, I got a note on my door 3 times saying that I had 10 days to contact them about signing more papers or I would be fined. They did not give me the correct papers in the first place, so how can I be fined'

They also advertised this GREAT dog park that would be "coming soon". It was built and my dog does not even have any where to run it is so small. Not to mention my dog was able to open the gate with her nose because the fencing is like plastic and cheap.

I also had 2 packages delivered on separate days, but when I picked them up they were open. I questioned one of them about it and they all denied it. What liars they are, one time is believable, 2 times is not.

Management is what is making this complex so trashy. They all dress and act horrible to everyone. This is not a good place to live. Trust me.

Wow....I have had the complete opposite interaction with the new staff. They have all been very professional and have handled anything I have needed in a timely manner. The property is in great shape and has never looked better. I have lived here for 5 years and am very pleased with the new management.

I had problems with the management from the day I tried to lease here. It went downhill from there. I hate to say this but the management is a problem and they do not promote dialog. Oh well, hope you all are listening.
