i have read many comments on this site and it all seems to be from either the same person or probably their friends. i have lived at ventana oaks/spraddle creek for 5 years. Property and staff have improved since the previous management left. You must have been late on your rent or something to be so angry. this management co follows rules which i like b/c you know that everyone is treated equally when rules are followed. the property looks great, staff is professional and i recommend this property. if you like the location and floorplans take a look for yourself.
