I love my place. I moved in when it was Spraddle Creek. Yes, there have been some growing pains since the turnover to Ventana Oaks but damn they seem to bend over backwards to help. I have had a few odd issues with a former tenant and they fixed the problem when the old managers at Spraddle couldn't due to "corprate limitations".

As for my apartment, I love it. I have an oversized 1 car garage and a backyard with a view of the ranch. Where else can you find an apartment that offers that' I can sit in my backyard, bbq, and watch the horses and deer (and a few possums).

Towards the end of my last lease I did some shopping around and just couldn't let my awesome place go. My current lease is about to expire and I've done the same thing yet again - and no other complex can give me a garage, backyard, and view.

I would say the only thing missing at Ventana Oaks is a playground for children. Other than that, it's damn near perfect.
